I am not sure how we stumbled upon this gem known as Sushi Samurais, but I am glad we did! I really think we were looking for sushi places in the West Chester area and Sushi Samurais popped up, so we decided to give it a try! Personally, I don’t like having sushi as my main entrée, so I typically get something else to go along with it.
Little did I know, I was going to discover a kick butt menu item under the appetizers! The SUSHI BOMB! And bomb delicious it is! Listen to this description and let your mouth start watering! “Spicy crab salad and avocado wrapped in fresh salmon, topped spicy mayo and eel sauce. Torched, then topped with crunchy tempura.” Can you say YUM!!!
I could make a meal out of this! It comes with 2 pieces, so don’t plan on sharing! One bomb is so big, I had to cut it in half, so I could eat it without making myself look like a savage in public! The flavor just bursts out of these bombs. I 10/10 recommend trying this when you go!
Our friends ordered sushi and said it was some of the better sushi they have had. I can’t remember what rolls were consumed, but they shared a few different ones. My husband is a sucker for Ramen, so he ordered one of the Tonkotsu Ramen bowls. After inhaling the soup, he said it was the best ramen he has had to this point!
The menu at Sushi Samurais is plentiful, so there should be no issues with finding something to enjoy! There are multiple sushi rolls to choose from, but they also have entrées such as fried rice, soups, and other vegetarian options! It can be a bit overwhelming because of all the options, so you may want to check out the menu at https://sushisamurais.com/menu/dinner/. I always like to look at the menu before I go, so I can narrow it down and have an idea of what I would like!
We have visited Sushi Samurais twice now, and would be happy to go back. We tried to go a third time on a Sunday after church, but they don’t open until 3pm on Sunday, so just be mindful of the hours of operation before you head over!
If you’re in the West Chester area, or don’t mind taking a drive to dinner, give Sushi Samurais a try! And make sure to give the Sushi Bomb appetizer a taste! Your palate will be beyond satisfied!
